ELMT INTERMEDIATE RESULTS

 There are six expected results for ELMT:

• IR 1. Livestock based livelihoods protected in the event of an emergency;
• IR 2. Livelihoods enhanced by improved livestock production, health and marketing.
• IR 3. Natural resource management enhanced.
• IR 4. Livelihoods enhanced by strengthened alternative, complementary and enhanced income sources.
• IR 5. Strengthened capacity of organizations and systems in peace building, civil governance and conflict mitigation.
• IR 6. Pastoral area 'voice' in dryland policy formulation and implementation strengthened at all levels.
